Gracie Lee Dingle Roundtree (Knoxie)

Mrs. Gracie Lee Dingle Roundtree (Knoxie), 74, of 3085 NC HWY 121, Farmville, NC, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 1:00 pm at Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ, 1601 Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC. Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mrs. Roundtree was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley Dingle and Katie Lee Lucas Dingle.

She leaves cherished memories to: her husband, Larry Roundtree of the home; two daughters, Brenda Durant of Wilson, NC and Rosemary Roundtree of Raleigh, NC; five sons, Lee Ernest Dingle of Miami, FL, Curtis Roundtree of the home, Larry Roundtree of Atlanta, GA, Wayne Roundtree and Eric Roundtree both of Wilson, NC;  fourteen grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; stepmother, Mary Dingle of Miami, FL; one brother, Edward Lee Dingle (Ann) of Miami, FL; one sister,  Gracie Dean Green of Miami, FL; one brother-in-law, Harry Roundtree (Shirley); three sisters-in-law; Evelyn Roundtree, Grace Yvonne Thomas (Charles) and Joanne Sanders all of Wilson, NC; four aunts, Magdalene Boddie of Wilson, NC, Emma Boddie of Washington, DC, Dorothy Cobb of Brooklyn, NY, and Susie Graham of Bailey, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
