Ms. Gloria Ernestine Pippen, 59, of 5719 Rock Quarry Road, Elm City, NC, passed away on November 10, 2019.
The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Pastor Justin Barnes will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.
A public visitation will also be held on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home.
Ms. Pippen was preceded in death by her stepfather, Willie Frank Winstead.
She leaves cherished memories to: two sons, Shaun Pippen of Elm City, NC and Joseph Pippen of Goldsboro, NC; one daughter, Teresa Pippen (significant other, Tomiko); one grandchild, Messiah Artis of Wilson, NC; her mother, Bessie Lee Pippen Winstead of Elm City, NC; five sisters, Gloria Richardson (Robert) of Pinetops, NC, Rose Jackson (Jerome) of LasVegas, NV, Mary Taylor (Wayne) of Elm City, NC, Patricia Richardson (Pete) of Hollister, NC and Felissa Wellman of Wilson, NC; three brothers, Carl Pippen (Nellie) of Hinesville GA, Malcolm Pippen (Mary) of Elm City, NC and Willie Winstead (Bonita) of Winston Salem, NC; one aunt, Mamie Mitchell of Tarboro, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including, a special nephew, Christopher Ruffin and two special friends, Bobby Earl Fate and Raashanna Lovingood.
