Garry Lee Barbour Obituary

Mr. Garry Lee Barbour, 62, of 206 Powell Street, Wilson, NC, passed away on August 10, 2018 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, August 26, 2018 at 2:00 pm at Richard B. Harrison Alumni Center, 405 S. Brevard Street, Selma, NC

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mr. Barbour was preceded in death by: his parents, Albert Mitchner and Georgett Barbour; his sister, Shirley Barbour and his best friend, Eugene Whitley.

Left to cherish his memory are: his son, Apostle Garry Wayne Beaty; three grandchildren, Kadeeja Octavia Oates, Amaru Carroll-Lee and Kameyron Applewhite; one Aunt, Ginneva Lane of Selma, NC; one step-daughter, Wsykanna Regina Howell of Marietta, Ga and a host of cousins, other loved ones and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
