Mr. Everett Wilson Moore, 86, of Wilson, NC., passed away October 2, 2018 at Curis at Wilson. in Wilson, NC

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 5:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Pkwy.  A public visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Moore; his parents, Woodrow Moore and Fannie Mae Carter Moore; sisters, Marjorie Davis, Ruth Richardson and Nellie Thompson and one brother, Woodrow Moore, Jr. 

He leaves cherished memories to: one daughter, Delphine Veney of Wilson, NC; two grandchildren, Zerrick Jones (Mitchtisha) of Raleigh, NC and Tracey Jones of Wilson, NC; fifteen great grandchildren; one sister, Barbara Quick of Sandford, NC; one brother-in-law, Bill Davis of New Jersey; a special friend and the mother of his only child, Christine Tale of Ocean Township, NJ; several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. 

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr., Pkwy, Wilson.
