Dorothy Hoskins

Ms. Dorothy Deloris Hoskins 63, of 1119 N. Vance St., Wilson, NC, passed away on November 29, 2017 at her home.  The funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, December 10, 2017 at 3:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.  Pastor Diane S. Dew will officiate.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, Isaiah Hoskins, Lena Mae Newkirk Hoskins, and one brother, Willie James 'Bo" Love.

She leaves ro cherish her memories: her children, Patricia Mae Hoskins, Delores Beland Hoskins both of Wilson, NC, Fredrick Cecil Hoskins of Fort Lauderdale Florida, six grandchildren, Jahkim Boose, Roshonda Boose, Justin and Jacob Boose, Casey Hoskins and Jodeci Long, Jr. all of Wilson, NC,; five sisters, Janet Glen Clemmons (Clem Clemmons) of Wilson, NC, Gerlene Love of Brooklyn, New York, Eva Mae Hoskins of Washington, DC, Linda Eatmon and Yvonne Highsmith of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Harris Hoskins and Larry Bynum both of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  A special niece, Diann Anderson Barnes, who was her caretaker.

A public visitation will also be held on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King,Jr. Parkway from 11:00 to 3:00 p.m.  At other times, the family will be greeting friends at the residence.
