Cleveland Hinton

Mr. Cleveland Hinton, 99, of Wilson passed away on Sunday, June 3, 2018 at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC. 

The service is scheduled for Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 12:00 noon at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr., Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will also be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 from 11:00 am until 12:00 noon  at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. 

He was predeceased in death by his wife, Catherine Harris Hinton, two children, Benjamin Staton and Christine Harris and three siblings, Clarence Hinton, Larusha Hinton Meeks and James Hinton.

The legacy of his life and cherished memories are left to his devoted daughter, Marceline Hinton of Wilson, NC and son  Carnell Hinton (Lois) of Raleigh, NC; two grandsons, Anterio Kittrell (Joella) of Boise, Idaho, Curtis Harris of Fountain, NC; one granddaughter,  Kitchia C. Ferebee (Michael) of Rex, Georgia; five great- grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Mary J. Staton; and a host of loving nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to  Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy. Wilson, NC.
