Cleavon Diggs, Jr. 76, of 7045 Gourd Branch Rd, Lucama, North Carolina passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Cleavon was preceded in death by: his parents, Cleavon Diggs, Sr. and Irene Taylor Diggs; one sister, Geraldine Pollard.

He leaves many cherished memories to:  his wife, Ladoris Diggs of the home; two sons, Cleavon Craig Diggs of Poughkeepsie, NY and Kevin Lamont Diggs of Raleigh, NC; one daughter, Vanessa Denise Alisia Rawlings (Bernard) of Greensboro, NC; seven grandchildren, Delise, Tamara, Brandon, Monica, Sascha, Tamia and Marcus; one sister, Shirley Osborne of Bronx, NY; one brother-in-law, Wallace Polland of Queens, NY; one aunt, Arbor Fox of Greenville, NC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
