Mr. Charles Lee Artis, 70, of 2901 Stedman Drive NW, Apt. 1,  Wilson, N, passed away on June 28, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC while surrounded by his loving family.  The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, July 6, 2019 at 11:00 am at Contending For The Faith Church Ministries, 1006 Academy Street, Wilson, North Carolina.  The committal services will follow in the Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street Ext.

A book signing will be held on Friday, July 5, 2019 at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy, Wilson, North Carolina from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm with the family being present to greet friends from 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  At other times the family will be receiving friends 2901 Stedman Drive NW, Apt. 1, Wilson, NC.
