Beulah Mae Ellis

Mrs. Beulah Mae Ellis, 92, of 1010 Elvie Street, Wilson, NC, passed away on Monday, March 18, 2019 at Wilson Medical Center. 

The funeral service is scheduled for Sunday, March 31, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. Elder Corey Everette will officiate and the burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.  The family will receive friends at the residence and will assemble there on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.

A public visitation will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A wake service will also be held on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Mount Airy Primitive Baptist Church in Pinetops, NC.

Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by her husband, John Adams Ellis; three children, John Junior Ellis, Ruth Edwards and James Arthur Ellis ;one grandchild, Diane Ellis; her parents, John Ellis and Anna Ellis.

She leaves many cherished memories to: her children, Mary "Bessie" Parker (Jimmie) of Baltimore, MD and Eloise Ellis of Newark, NJ: her grandchildren, Kay, Amy, Renee, Vickie, Tim and Greg, Jim Jim, Quantina, Derrick, Pam and Chiquita; two special babies, Serenity and Lonail; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
