Mr. Vernon "Pruney" Theris Best, 65,  of 2405 Horton Blvd., Wilson, NC, passed away on Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Wilson Medical Center.
 
Funeral services are scheduled for Sunday, May 17, 2015 at 2:00pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson.

A public viewing will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2015 also at Stevens Funeral Home.
