Rosetta (Parker) Spencer

Mrs. Rosetta Parker Spencer, 84, Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center, Wilson, NC., passed away July 17, 2015.

Funeral arrangements are scheduled for Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr., Parkway, Wilson, North Carolina.

A public viewing will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2015, from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mrs. Spencer was preceded in death by: one daughter, Veronica Reedy; one granddaughter, Madalia Reedy; her parents, Earnest Parker and Carolina Vick Parker;  three brothers, Earnest Parker, Clarence Parker and Percy Gray Parker.

She leaves cherished memories to: one grandson, Robert Brown of Virginia Beach, VA; one granddaughter, Stephanie; two brothers, David Parker (Gloria) of Wilson, NC and Roosevelt Parker (Delores) of Rocky Mount, NC; one sister, Lillie Mae Edwards of Norfolk, VA; three sisters-in-law, Ora Bell Parker, Alberta Parker and Fannie Applewhite all of Wilson, NC; four brothers-in law, June Applewhite (Cleo), Douglas Applewhite, Robert Lee Applewhite (Omega) and Roy Chester Applewhite all of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins; other relatives and friends.

The family will assemble at the home of Mr. David Lee Parker, 1207 Elvie Street, Wilson, NC on Sunday at 1:00pm in preparation for the funeral processwion.
