Ponnie Simone Evans

 Ms. Ponnie Simone Evans, 68, of 10763 Hwy. 581 S., Bailey, NC passed away Fri., Nov. 20, 2015, at Catawba Valley Medical Center in Hickory, NC.  The funeral service is scheduled for Friday, November 27, 2015 at 12 noon at Perry’s Temple OFWB Church, 5000 Tartt’s Mill Rd., Wilson, NC. 

The public viewing will be Wednesday, November 25, 2015, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr., Pkwy., Wilson, NC.  The family will receive friends for a wake service on Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Perry’s Temple OFWB Church.  At other times, the family will be receiving friends at the residence.
