Ms. Angela Horne

Ms. Angela Virginia Horne, 61, of  107 Greenwood Avenue, Stantonsburg, NC, passed away on December 3, 2017 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, NC.

The funeral service is  scheduled for Saturday, December 9, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ, 1601 Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC. Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

Ms. Horne was preceded in death by: her father, Pastor Douglas Horne, Sr. and two sisters, Glenda Davis and PFC Falisha Horne.

She leaves many loving and cherished memories to:  her devoted and dedicated mother, Marjorie Horne of Stantonsburg; four sisters, Margie Anderson and Shirley Horne, both of Stantonsburg, Sharlean Best of Snow Hill and Betty Moore of Virginia; three brothers, Pastor William D. Horne, Jr. (Phyllis), Alonzo R. Horne, Sr. (Gretchen) and David M. Horne, all of Stantonsburg; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends including special nieces and nephews who were like her own children: Stacy, Starris, Step, Lisa, Kim, Net, Wan, Shon, Christy, Daveah, Janay, Ken, Brad, Alonzo, Jr., Brant, Brittney, Star, Demar, Vah, Carter, Jace, Rakell, Ny, Rissa, Kaybug, Kimiya, Kimbria, Jishon, Justin, Jordan, Trell, Angel, Asia, Mace, Shay, Lil Dee and Marley; a special friend, Eddie Williams. She was an extraordinary aunt who was supportive of her entire family.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, December 8, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
