Mary Ruth (Moore) Brown

Mrs. Mary Ruth Moore Brown, 90, of 2613 Willis Court, N. Wilson, NC, passed away on November 30, 2015 at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC.  The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, December 5, 2015, 2:00 pm at St. Rose Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ, 605 Douglas Street, South, Wilson, NC.  A public viewing is scheduled for Friday, December 4, 2015 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, NC. 

Mrs. Brown leaves a legacy of love and cherished memories to:  one son, Cornell Brown (Johanna) of Rocky Mount, NC; three daughters, Wanda Brown Renfrow (Jerry) of the home, Angela Teresa Brown Reid (Melvin) of Lucama and Maude Brown Winstead (Arthur) of Wilson; eight grandchildren, Camilla Wilson, Ashley Renfrow, Gerri Renfrow, Jewell Carrington, Jasmine Carrington, William Renfrow, David Brown and Jordan Brown; one adorable great grandchild, Kaitlyn Wilson and a host of other special relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the residence and will assemble there on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. in preparation for the funeral procession.
