Marvin Winstead

Mr. Marvin Winstead, 65, of Stantonsburg, NC, passed away on September 19, 2017 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Winstead was preceded in death by his mother, Annie Estelle Winstead.

He leaves cherished memories to: his father, Arthur Lee Winstead, Sr. of Stantonsburg, NC; two brothers, Roy Lee Winstead (Linda) and Arthur Lee Winstead, Jr. (Maude) both of Wilson, NC; four uncles, Jason Barnes and Carl Barnes both of Lanham Maryland, Willie C. Barnes and Bobby R. Barnes both of Wilson, NC; two aunts, Clara L. Conley and Marjorie Sizemore both of Wilson, NC; a host of  nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

In Lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made toward the funeral service for Mr. Winstead. Donations should be made payable to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
