Lorenzo Rogers

Mr. Lorenzo Rogers, Jr.,77, of 5579 Crepe Myrtle Court, Wilson, NC, passed away on January 5, 2018 at his residence.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, January 13, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Salisbury Church, 2029 Lipscomb Road, Wilson, NC.

A Book Signing will be held on Friday, January 12, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mr. Rogers was preceded in death by: one daughter, Devora Rogers; one sister, Eula Mae Rogers, and one granddaughter, Sadeequah Artis-Jones.

He leaves cherished memories to: three sons, Lonzo Bullock and Lorenzo Rogers III, both of Wilson, NC and Kawan Wilson of Baltimore, MD; five daughters, Tammy Rogers of Clayton, NC, Germa Rogers, Gwendolyn Rogers, Tawanna Bullock who was his dedicated caregiver and Sandy Kent (Hubert) all of Wilson,  NC; a host of grandchildren, and great grandchildren;  a long time friend and caregiver when needed, Bonnie Bullock of Sharpsburg, NC;  a special relative and friend, Janice Farmer; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. 

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
