Lois J. Evans

Mrs. Lois Jean Evans, 71, of 1802 Oakdale Drive W, Wilson, NC, passed away on October 21, 2017 at Wilson Medical Center.

The Funeral service is scheduled for Thursday, October 26, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Union View OFWB Church, 12167 Old Smithfield Road, Bailey, NC. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Mrs. Evans was preceded in death by her parents, Curley Bagley and Geneva Battle Bagley.

She leaves many cherished memories to: her husband, Russell Evans of the home; one daughter, Tammy Bagley-Davis (Wilbert) of Wilson, NC; two grandchildren, Marissa Bagley and Terrence Bunch both of knightdale, NC; two great grandchildren, Jayden Bagley of Knightdale, NC and Mason Bryant of Wilson, NC; two brothers, Curtis Bagley (Billie Jo) of Sims, NC and Jimmie D. Bagley (Jennifer) of Wilson, NC; two stepsisters, Clara Richardson and Marjie Young both of Zebulon, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including, a very close friend, Lois Taybron. 

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
