Latonia Bridgette Barnes

Ms. Latonia Bridgette Barnes, 39, of 2137 Barefoot Park Lane SW, Wilson, NC passed away on January 17, 2017 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, NC.  

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Tabernacle Temple of Jesus Christ, (former, Tabernacle of Prayer for All People) 1601 Lane Street, Ext., Wilson, North Carolina.  Rev. John Wooten will deliver the message and burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC. There will be a public viewing on Friday from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy., Wilson, North Carolina.

She was preceded in death by her father, Douglas Harris.

Latonia leaves many loving and cherished memories to: her children, Darius Barnes, Shakira Hargrove and Adreyona Barnes, all of Wilson; her mother and stepfather, Tracy Taylor and Robert Taylor of Wilson; four brothers, Darien Cooper of Wilmington, Antwone Barnes, Michael Barnes and Jamaul Barnes, all of Wilson; one sister, Leshay Barnes of Wilson; two stepsisters, Lakeisha Carraway (Lamont) and Takeita Barnes (Matthew), both of Wilson; two aunts, Zina C. Barnes of Wilson and Wyomia Harris; one great aunt, Daisy Cooper of Wilson; her fiancee', Victor Bullock of Wilson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including a very special friend, Annie Johnson.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
