Pastor and Mrs.Moore,
Woke up this morning thinking about Jay. I decided to send him a card. As I was scrolling down, I noticed the obituary and I truly lost it.
Jay and I didn't agree on everything and our values were polar opposite. I always called him harsh but he was gentle in many ways. The last conversation I had with him, I urged him to come to NY with me and he assured me he would in June. I can honestly say, I am heartbroken!! I don't know the situation, but I did my best to encourage him in every facet of his life. I had many days and nights of joy and laughter when Jay was around.Jay had so many dreams and he was brilliant enough to achieve them all. Thank you so much for letting me share you handsome son for 2 years. I know your pain because I lost 2 daughters, and my mom and her brother died 2 days apart 3 months ago. Jay told me how his parents lived a Christian life by example, I finally got truly saved.God bless and your son will always be in the center of my heart!

May you find comfort in knowing that he is resting now and that our loving Heavenly Father has beautiful plans for the future.
