Jacob Miracle Gunter

Master Jacob Miracle Gunter, 12, of 706 South Creek Drive, Nashville, NC passed away on July 21, 2015.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy, Wilson, NC.  Burial will follow in the Saint Delight Cemetery located in Walstonburg, NC.  His grandfather, Elder Larry Gunter, will deliver the Words of Comfort.

Master Jacob will always be remembered for his beautiful smile. He was greatly loved by all those who were fortunate enough to meet him.  Just as his name suggest, Jacob was a "Miracle Baby" since birth.  His doctors did not believe he was going to live through birth but he was with his family and friends for twelve loving years.

Although, Jacob's life was short, he leaves a lifetime of cherished memories to: his mother and father, Vickie Wilson and Arnold Samuel; two sisters, Deona Wilson and Alise Wilson; one brother, Devares Wilson Jr.; maternal grandparents, Elder Larry Gunter and Stella Gunter of Nashville, NC; paternal grandparents, Alford Wells and Patricia Wells of Rocky Mount, NC;  a speical aunts and uncles, Larry Lamont Gunter and Karen Gunter, Tina Eburg and Dennis Eburg; a host of other relatives and friends.

A public visitation will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015 from 1pm to 6pm at Stevens Funeral Home. 

At other times the family will be receiving friends at the home, 706 South Creek Drive, Nashville, NC.
