Harvis Lee Edwards

Mr. Harvis Lee Edwards also as "Buddy", 79, of 1321 Irving Street, South Plainfield, New Jersey, passed away on July 30, 2016.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 11:00 am at Saint John AME Zion Church, 119 N. Pender Street, Wilson, NC.

Burial will follow in Rest Haven Cemetery, Lane Street Ext.,  Wilson, NC.

A public  viewing will be held on Friday, August, 5, 2016 from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC. 

Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his parents, Walter B. Edwards and Minnie Lee Suggs Edwards and one brother, Booker T. Edwards. 

He leaves many cherished memories to: one son, Randy Eugene Edwards of South Plainfield, NJ; one daughter, Dana Michelle Hobbs of South Plainfield, NJ; one grandchild, Jasmine Michelle Roulhac of South Plainfield, NJ;  one brother, Gregory Edwards (Felicia) of Wilson, NC; three sisters, Pennie T. Edwards of Capital Heights, MD, Helen Edwards and Joyce Dixon (Willie) both of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
