Eddie L. Edwards

Mr. Eddie L. Edwards, 56, of 801 Whitehead Avenue, Wilson, NC, passed away on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at Wilson Medical Center, Wilson, NC. 

Funeral services are scheduled for May 23, 2015 at 11:00 am at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel,  1820 Martin Luther King Jr. Pkwy, Wilson, NC. 

A public visitation will be held on Friday, May 22, 2014 from 1:00pm to 6:00pm also at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mr. Edwards was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Lee Edwards and Lessie Lee Sharpe Edwards; five brothers; one sister; three nephews and one niece.

He leaves precious memories to: two sons, Paris Dublin of Wilson, NC and Dwight Crooms (Kamilah) Of GA; three grandsons, Ashton Pigford of Wilson, NC, Troy Brown and Charles Brown both of GA; five granddaughters, Paris D. Dublin. Logan Dublin, and Summer Johnson all of Wilson, NC, Hannah Crooms  and Anyla Crooms both of GA; seven sisters, Diane Anderson (Bobby), Pam Anderson and Shirley Cash, all of Wilson, NC, Bunny Woodard (Chester), Willie M. Edwards (Cookie) both of Elm City, NC, Lucy Speight and Margaret Edwards both of VA; seven brothers, Robert Edwards (Brenda) and George Edwards both of MA, Charles Sharpe, Terry Sharpe and Rossevelt Edwards (Doretha) all of Wilson, NC and Clarence Edwards (Lucille) of FL and David Edwards of Durham, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
