Deloris Mitchell

Ms. Deloris Mitchell, 86, of Wilson, NC, passed away on December 12, 2017 at the Brian Center of Wilson, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held on  Friday, December 22, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel. 

Ms. Mitchell was preceded in death by her mother, Rosa Edwards Mitchell; three, sisters, Mildred Remona Edwards, Josephine Preston and  Romaine Cubbage and three brothers, Joseph Edwards,, Johnny Edwards and Rudolph Edwards.

She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Angelia Mitchell Davis (friend, Daniel Dingle); three grandchildren, Mark Davis of Greensboro, NC, Jody Davis of Seattle Washington and Kendrick Davis (Betty) of Wilson, NC; five great grandchildren, Kali Davis of Greensboro, NC, Jalen Davis and Javion Davis both of Seattle Washington, Jahsun Davis and Shanice Davis both of Wilson, NC; one sister, Rosa Harris of Wilson, NC; one brother, Henry Lee Edwards of Philadelphia, PA; one sister-in-law, Alice Edwards of Wilson, NC; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are by Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
