Clarence Bruce Woodard Jr.

Mr. Clarence Bruce Woodard, Jr. of Tarboro, NC  passed away on May 17, 2016.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, May 28, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

Burial will follow in Hamilton Burial Garden, Lane Street Ext., Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, May 27, 2016 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mr. Woodard was preceded in death by his father, Clarence B. Woodard, Sr. and one brother-in-law, Bobby James Knight, Jr.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother, Margie Manning Taylor of Wilson, NC; two sisters, Frances Pinckney (John) of Lithonia, GA and April Bynum of Jacksonville, FL; two step sisters, Ruth Langston (Anthony) and Barbara Branch of Wilson, NC; one step brother, Robert Antonio Taylor of Wilson, NC; Five nieces, Brittany Knight, Cortney Montgomery and Akila Triggs of Lithonia, GA; Autumn Bynum of Gainesville, FL and Brooke Lindsey (fiancé) of Daytona, FL; one nephew, Timothy Bynum, Jr. of Daytona, FL; two great nieces, Akira and Paris of Lithonia, GA; two great nephews, Juelz and Josiah of Lithonia, GA; eight  aunts, Helen Barnes Forman (Jim), Pastor Diane Dew and Emma Lee Manning  of Wilson, NC, Odelphis Davis of Macclesfield, NC, Shirley Woodard of Fountain, NC, Ann Lois Bell of Silver Spring, Maryland, Lucille Woodard of Montgomery, AL and Nancy Manning of Philadelphia, PA; one uncle, Milton Woodard of Fountain, NC; two great aunts, Georgia of Wilson, NC and Diane (John) of Rocky Mount, NC; a host of cousins, relatives and friends including his dearest friends, Harold, Kevin, Herman, Jr. and Ervin (Pokie); his special pet (Chrissy) and his brother-in-law, John, better known as Bro Law.
