Bettie Louise Williams

Mrs. Bettie Louise Williams, 88, of Wilson, NC, passed away on February 20, 2017 at Wilson Medical Center in Wilson, NC.

The funeral service is scheduled for Friday, February 24, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr., Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public visitation will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her son, Frank Douglas Newsome; parents Shelby and Luereaner Anderson; a sister, Nora Lee Warren; three brothers, Shelby Anderson, Jr., Franklin D. Anderson and Lessie Ray Anderson.

She leaves to cherish her memories one sister, Ms. Glady M. Anderson of Wilson, NC; one brother Mr. Jarvis D. Anderson of Fayetteville, NC; one Aunt, Mrs. Stella Anderson of Wilson, NC; one sister-in-law, Mrs. Elizabeth Anderson; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends including four special nieces, Judy Carol Anderson of Wilson, NC, Brenda Jeter-Wilson, Carolyn Crooms both of Augusta, GA and Chanda Anderson of Durham, NC; two very devoted nieces, Jean A. Davis of  Wilson, NC and Sederis W. Fields of Ft. Washington, MD.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
