Alice Faye Hood

Mrs. Alice Faye Hood, 71, of  1714 Lipscomb Road, Apt. 1-G, Wilson, NC passed away on January 29, 2016 at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC.

Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 3:30 pm at Stevens Funeral Home Chapel, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, February 5, 2016 from 3:00 pm  until 6:00 pm also at Stevens Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hood leaves many cherished memories to: one son, Gregory Ray Hood of Wilson, NC; one daughter, Gloria Hood of Wilson, NC; her siblings, Hurley James Barrett  of Greensboro, NC, Shirley Barrett Deans (Robert), Brenda Barrett Danzey (Cordain) and Patricia Diann Barrett all of  Wilson, NC, Betty Barrett Smith (Dave) of Bronx, NY, Ida Gray Woodard of High Point, NC, Ray Charles Barrett and Jimmy Lee Barrett (Fonda) of Raleigh, NC and Phyllis Ann Barrett of Philadelphia, PA;  a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

Arrangements are entrusted to Stevens Funeral Home, 1820 Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway, Wilson, NC.
